The Friends of HGH presented the Foundation with a cheque for $50,000 in support of the Access 2018 Campaign. This donation is the second payment of their pledge towards the major campaign, which will enable our hospital to purchase a new CT-scanner and MRI machine.

Over the past 25 years, the Friends of HGH have donated $800,000 to the Foundation. They have supported all campaigns, making generous donations towards isolation rooms, the purchase of a CT-scanner in 2004, the redevelopment project, the mental health campaign, and more. This is obviously a great source of pride for all of the volunteers.

The Friends of HGH includes more than 107 volunteers, who give more than 20,000 hours of time annually to HGH.
